Essay Submission Removed: Applicants are no longer required to submit a separate essay. The short written responses provided within the application form will be used for evaluation.
Interview Invitations: 100 shortlisted candidates will receive an email containing a scheduling link to select a convenient time slot for their 30-minute interview.
Final Selection: Upon completion of all interviews, 40 participants will be selected and officially announced as this year’s cohort for the youth program.
